National Telecommunications Commission

         National Telecommunications Commission is a regulatory agency providing a environment that ensures reliable, affordable and viable infrastructure and services in information and communications technicality. NTC is a government agency that exercises jurisdiction over the supervision, adjudication and control over all telecommunications services throughout the country. For the effective enforcement of this responsibility, it adopts and promulgates such guidelines, rules, and regulations relative to the establishment operation and maintenance of various telecommunications facilities and services nationwide.

         The Mission of the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) is to maintain and continuously improve a regulatory regime conducive to the development and provision of an affordable, viable, reliable and accessible telecommunications infrastructure and services.

         The Vision is that by 2015, the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) shall be a stronger and more pro-active regulatory agency able to steer the telecommunications sector as a primary engine for national progress and development.

         The Speaker on that day speaks about the functions of their company, what services they usually do and some other engineering stuffs that he said we cannot understand. But well his not a good speaker though, just kidding.
